To reserve your desired garment:   
Use the calendar on our website to select your event date. Our system will automatically include 2 shipping days in your rental period. If you’re unsure about a garment’s availability, please contact us – we’re happy to help!

Delivery: All parcels are sent via Priority Swiss Post (next day delivery). Once the package has been delivered, all responsibility of the garment transfers to you.

At this time, we do not offer try-ons, and garments cannot be collected in person.

Please place your garment in the original package and plastic sleeve, securely close it, and attach the provided return label. Drop off the package at your nearest Post Office by 12 PM Swiss time on the return date specified in your booking.

Please return your garment on time to avoid inconveniencing other customers. Late returns will incur a fee of CHF 25 per day, up to a maximum of 200% of the garment’s retail value. If your return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, you may return the garment by 12 PM (Swiss time) on the next business day without penalty.

If you have lost your return packaging, it is your responsibility to send the garment back to us via Priority Swiss Post by the due date, at your own expense. Please be sure to forward us the tracking details once the package has been sent. Our return address is:

No need! That’s the luxury of hiring with us – we take care of all the professional cleaning. Simply fold the garment and place it back in the return plastic sleeve and box or satchel.

We understand plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy based on how close you are to your booking date:
10 or more working days before your delivery date: Full refund granted.
Between 10 and 3 working days before your delivery date: 50% of the total hire price will be charged. Less than 3 working days before your delivery date: The hire fee is non-refundable due to the inconvenience caused. 

If the garment doesn’t fit, please contact us to initiate a return request. You must return the garment within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive it in its original condition, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Please ensure the security tag is still attached – if it has been removed, the garment will be considered worn, and a refund will not be granted.

We do our best to deliver wrinkle-free garments by steaming, pressing, and carefully folding them before shipping. However, some fabrics are naturally prone to creasing during transit. If your garment arrives with slight wrinkles, we recommend gently steaming it on a low heat setting or handing it in a steamy bathroom to help remove the creases. Please do not iron the garment, as this can cause irreversible damage that will be your responsibility. If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact us.
